Elya is an independent digital studio based in Québec, Canada. This page explains how project inquiries and basic website data are handled.
This website does not store contact-form data. If you send the prepared email, Elya receives the details you include: project type, project description, name, email address, and optional business name. We use this information to review the inquiry and reply about the project.
The form opens a draft in your email app. This website does not submit or store it. When you send the draft, your email provider sends it to elyatheagency@gmail.com. Elya does not sell inquiry data. Inquiry emails are kept only for project communication, client records, and legal or operational needs.
Sending an inquiry email does not subscribe you to a marketing list. We may reply to your inquiry or follow up about the project you asked about. You can ask us to stop non-essential follow-up at any time.
This version of the site does not set marketing cookies or run a visible third-party analytics script. If analytics, ad pixels, or tracking tools are added later, this notice should be updated before deployment.
